    I frequently go to Olive Garden where I live and this one lived up to the status. The waiter I had was the best waiter I think I have ever had at any Olive Garden and the food was brought out in reasonable time. The only flaw was the upfront staff was lacking when we got there; one lady was helping some and kept calling back for help and it took 3-5 minutes until someone came.

    Even with my already low expectations of most chain restaurants, this place missed the mark big time.  After waiting 20 minutes from the time I was seated for someone to take our drink and dinner order, I had to get up and request service. Someone finally came by...to tell us they would be back. Even after we finally ordered, the food took way too long to come out and was only luke warm. Service never improved.

    Simple put, the ppl thst work here do not give af about their work

    Any time my family & I are in the town of Rocky Mount we always visit Olive Garden. This time the restaurant had quite a few people in there & it seemed to be a little busy. We ordered drinks... got those... but my daughter didn't get her Apple juice until a while later...we ordered our food & ordered an appetizer as well.... our food came out & my daughters pizza was perfectly fine but my boyfriend & I had a pasta dish that was cold & our broccoli was hard...we sent our food back to be recooked but yet we still hadn't got our appetizer. I asked the waitress did she get the app & she told me it was put In but she didn't know why it was taking so long.... by this time we didn't even want the appetizer anymore. Our food came out a second time and was nice and hot...still never got our appetizer.

    Good food. Excellent service. They accommodated a birthday party for 30 people and did an excellent job.

    Eh. It's probably the smallest Olive Garden I've been in. Service was ok, not great. Got the duo appetizer- it was not good. Very little calamari and the mushrooms were just bla. The spaghetti and meatballs needed more sauce. It's almost your run of the mill Olive Garden
